Future Vision Committee Meeting THIS Saturday (Rector’s Letter for 4/19)

Future Vision Committee Meeting THIS Saturday (Rector’s Letter for 4/19)

Dear Redeemer Family,

The Easter Season continues, and I rejoice to see the power of Jesus’s resurrection at work in our midst in the ways we serve and support one another, in our ministry to the surrounding community, and in our earnest desire to discern the Lord’s direction and call to us for the next phase of our life together. Please be praying for this revisioning process, and participate as much as you are able. Each one of you has a unique voice and a unique role in this body! Please consider these four opportunities to participate:

  • First: take the SHAPE assessment if you haven’t already.
  • Second: gather with us on Wednesday at 6:30 for a time of prayer for this process, either in person in the Chapel or via Zoom [link], as we lift Redeemer and our future up to the Lord.
  • Third: come to the meeting this Saturday morning with your ideas and dreams for Redeemer, your hopes and thoughts and questions.
  • Fourth: put Saturday May 22 on your calendar for our second meeting.

There will be a light breakfast on Saturday at 8:30, discussion will begin at 9, and there will be an option to stay for lunch afterwards. Childcare will be provided for younger children. A Zoom link will also be available for those who are unable to attend in person, and there will be opportunity for you to interact with the meeting.

I am excited and hopeful as we move forward together in faithfulness and unity!

Fr. Bill
